New in the Terms: MyCard credits and gift cards for personal business cards
You can now buy MyCard credits on our website, use them to pay for your personal MyCard business cards and give a card to someone else. We added a section to the Terms of Service that explains how credits and gift cards work.
What changed
Terms of Service- New section 6D, «MyCard credits»: what a credit is worth (currently US$1), that nothing is charged until you confirm a card, that credits do not expire while your account is open and cannot be transferred, how refunds work (unused credits bought less than 14 days ago, on request), and that credits are sold only on the website. It also covers gift cards: you may give a personal card to another person with your credits (a limited number per month), giving us only the recipient's first name, their email, the reason for the gift and an optional comment (the recipient designs their own card and enters their own details), the recipient receives an email with a link, you can cancel a gift for a refund until it is delivered, and unclaimed gifts expire. Section 6A now refers to this exception.
Privacy Policy- Section 1A now explains that when you give a MyCard gift we store the recipient's email and first name, the reason for the gift, your comment and your first name, and email the recipient a link; the email is used only to deliver the gift and tell you when it is claimed.
How it affects you
Nothing changes for how OnePenny works or what you pay. The new section only matters if you buy MyCard credits.
What you need to do
You don't need to do anything at this time.

Google Ads measurement now also covers the public pages of anclado.app
We advertise on Google Ads, and Google asked us to install its measurement tag on the pages our ads lead to. It now also loads on the public pages of anclado.app (sign-in, sign-up, and the OnePenny and MyCard information pages).
What changed
Cookie Policy- The Google tag, which was only on our company website (anclatech.net), also loads on the public pages of anclado.app. It never loads inside the signed-in app or inside the iOS and Android apps. We updated the statements that said Anclado used no advertising measurement at all.
Privacy Policy- The advertising-measurement section and the third-party list now mention the public pages of anclado.app, in addition to anclatech.net. Google may receive your IP address, device details, the page you viewed and an ad-click identifier there; visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are measured without cookies by default.
How it affects you
If you only use the OnePenny or MyCard apps, nothing changes: the tag is not inside the signed-in app or the mobile apps. It only matters if you visit the public pages of anclado.app, for example from one of our ads.
What you need to do
You don't need to do anything at this time.

Updates to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and EULA
We updated our legal documents to explain how MyCard Business sends employees' digital business cards by email, how we measure our advertising on Google, and to clarify some wording. These updates are in effect now.
What changed
Terms of Service- MyCard Business (the digital business cards that companies issue for their employees, with name, job title and contact details; they are not credit, debit or payment cards): credits are charged when an employee's business card is first processed (5 credits); processing can be undone until the business card is delivered; the first email of each business card is included and a re-send costs 1 credit. A new paragraph, "Sending business cards", explains that these business cards go out as «Company via Anclado» and that employee addresses are used only to deliver them (Section 6C).
- The introduction now mentions our company website, anclatech.net, where we show the plans and prices of OnePenny. Choosing a plan there takes you to Anclado, and any purchase is completed in Anclado under these terms.
Privacy Policy- MyCard Business sending records (Section 1B). These records are only about emails: MyCard Business sends an employee's digital business card by email, and we do not send anything by physical mail. For each email a company sends to an employee, we keep the employee's name and email address, when it was sent, and its result: delivered (the recipient's mail server accepted it), bounced (the address does not exist or was rejected), marked as spam (the recipient reported it) or failed. We also keep a list of addresses that bounced or reported spam so we do not email them again. The company sees the results of its own sends; we use them to run the service and to protect the reputation of our mail domain.
- Advertising on Google: our company website, anclatech.net, uses a Google Ads tag to measure whether an ad led to a plan choice. Google may receive your IP address, device details, the page you viewed and an identifier of the ad click. Google is now listed as a third party, and under some US state laws this may count as "sharing" for advertising; the policy explains how to opt out (Sections 3, 4 and 11).
Cookie Policy- The policy now also covers anclatech.net, with a new section about the Google tag and its cookies (_gcl_au and _gcl_aw). Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are measured without advertising storage by default.
- We corrected statements that said we use no advertising technologies. That is still true inside Anclado and the apps; it is not true on the company website.
How it affects you
If you only use OnePenny, nothing changes in how the app works or in what you pay. The Google tag is only on our company website (anclatech.net), not in Anclado or in the apps. The MyCard Business changes matter to companies that issue digital business cards (name, job title and contact details, saved in Apple Wallet) for their employees. These are not payment cards of any kind, and they have nothing to do with the credit cards or loans you track in OnePenny.
